Jenn Lecour

Jenn is an abstract artist who creates oil and cold wax paintings. She has been recognized as a Signature artist by the Federation of Canadian Artists (FCA). Jenn’s studio is on Pender Island, a small island off the coast of British Columbia. She initially trained and practiced as a lawyer but changed careers to follow her true passion of creating art. After experimentation with different mediums, she discovered that using cold wax medium with oil paint was the perfect fit for her unique style which is inspired by her exploration and love of nature. Her paintings have been collected across Canada, in the US and in the UK.

Her work has been accepted into numerous juried exhibitions including the FCA gallery in Vancouver, BC and the Art Gallery of Greater Victoria, Victoria, BC. Jenn has exhibited at the Ptarmigan Gallery and the Kim Pollard Gallery on Pender Island and has participated in group exhibitions in Victoria, BC and on Pender Island. Her work has been selected for international curated shows by the Visionary Art Collective in NYC and the Kefi Gallery, Toronto.
